After receiving the request for return, the seller rejected it because it was past the 7-day return policy.

The customer then applied for return through Taobao Customer Service and they allowed the return. The seller added the customer via her phone number on WeChat to ask what was wrong with the dresses but he soon found his answer upon viewing her WeChat Moments!

The girl had worn all the clothes on her vacation and was taking advantage of the return policy. Of course, this made the seller very angry that he posted about it on social media! At first, the girl responded that she was just trying them on but according to photos she posted, it was definitely not a trial in her hotel room as you can see…

When the item is returned and re-sold, the new buyer may not know that someone else has been wearing it. There may be dust, sweat, smells, whatever else on it!
